MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

 

VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT MIX
LOW LACTOSE (0.3%)Alaska Cool NO FAT (0.04%)
Mixing Instructions: add the contents of one bag to 2 litres of hot water and whisk thoroughly. Add further 2 litres of cold water and required flavour if needed. For best results, allow to stand overnight in cooler.
Ingredients: Fructose, whey protein concentrate, corn syrup solids, skim milk powder, cultured milk solids, guar gum, carob gum, carrageenan, natural flavours, natural annato colour.
Contents: 12x1.147kg bags.
Yield per bag 5 litres or 187oz approximately

REAL FRUIT GRANITA MIX

Mixing Instructions: add 7 to 8 litres of cold water, 4 ounces of Alaska Cool Flavour to 1 litre of base and stir.
Ingredients: Invert sugar, water, lemon concerntrate, citric acid sodium, benzoate, natural & or artifical flavour.
Yields 8 to 9 litres.
